Some of our best tenants are former home owners. We take all individual circumstances when evaluating foreclosures and short sales. A bankruptcy may require an additional security deposit.
The non-refundable application fee is $55 per adult on the lease and who will be occupying the property. An adult is anyone over the age of 18.
Once your application has been accepted, you will receive the Lease Agreement for review. You should be prepared to pay the first month’s rent and security deposit security deposit which is equal to one month’s rent with 48 hours of acceptance. Once received you will sign the Lease Documents. Properties remain on the market until lease is signed and funds received.
We highly recommend you sign a 1-year lease with the option to renew.
